If you celebrate Christmas, do we still wear the ugly sweater, knitted tops/sweaters, or the famous plaid?? I have been searching social media to see these new style trends and found out so many people have different style preferences that anything and everything is okay to wear.
I am already very simple when it comes to fashion and my pick on this is… knitted sweaters. They are nice and comfy (don’t get me wrong if you have a packed house you’ll most likely be sweaty! lol) yet still one of my favorite tops to wear during the holiday season. Now for my boys (son and fiance) they stick with flannel and that is from September through April.
I bring this up because with my little family we have two Christmases, my side of the family and my fiance’s side. You’d think by now I would try to host a Christmas family gathering or party but I’m not the best cook to have more than 20 people over for bland turkey or salty potatoes lol. So going from one house to the next it’s like I need something comfy to wear but not something they see me all the time in.
